Our Naturopathic Intern program is a unique initiative allowing Empower Health to offer some of the most cost effective Naturopathic services in Vancouver! The services offered under this program are delivered by 4th year naturopathic interns who have more than 1 year clinic experience treating patients, allowing us to charge half the regular Naturopathic Doctor fees. Each visit, as well as all treatments, are also directly supervised by a licensed naturopathic physician, and can be claimed under Naturopathic Services for extended health benefit purposes. **

Check our convenient online booking schedule or call to make your first appointment.

Sacred Birth Journey is a birth preparation course intended to help couples deepen their connection to each other and to their baby. In the course you will learn exercises and discuss comfort measures that will help to prepare you emotionally and physically for the birth of your baby. Participants receive up to date, evidence-based information about pregnancy and birth. You will also create mantras, malas and birth visualizations together while we celebrate and honour your journey into parenthood.
Cost is $295 per couple pre-paid on or before October 16. Includes fees for materials.

Join our Postpartum Support Group, a weekly group for moms with newborns and infants, where you will feel safe and supported to express and share whatever is happening for you.
8 Session series every Friday 10.30am-12.00pm starting April 6 2018 at Empower Health
Are you struggling with:

- feeling resentful or angry?
- feeling depleted, lack of energy?
What you can expect:
- A safe, inclusive, and non-judgmental group led by a registered counsellor.
- The chance to connect with other moms and experience the group’s support as you face your postpartum challenges.
- The opportunity to share as much as you feel comfortable with, while receiving encouragement and guidance to move through whatever difficulties you may be experiencing in your role as a mom and caregiver.

She brings a wellspring of professional as well as life experience and love to her clients. Helen has been married over 30 years and is the proud mom of two amazing adopted daughters.
