Sacred Birth Journey

Sacred Birth Journey is a birth preparation course intended to help couples deepen their connection to each other and to their baby. In the course you will learn exercises and discuss comfort measures that will help to prepare you emotionally and physically for the birth of your baby. Participants receive up to date, evidence-based information about pregnancy and birth. You will also create mantras, malas and birth visualizations together while we celebrate and honour your journey into parenthood.
Cost is $295 per couple pre-paid on or before October 16. Includes fees for materials.

Shama is a transformational somatic therapist, bodyworker and breath therapist. Her purpose is to help individuals who are suffering from emotional, mental or physical symptoms due to difficult or traumatic events. Her work especially targets depression, anxiety, chronic pain and stress-related conditions.
She has been trained in many modalities over the years. She is a graduate of 3 years extended Diamond Master Breath training in Italy. Shama has been involved in the journey of spiritual growth and path of meditation more than 14 years. Her work focuses on spiritual therapy and inner transformation by mainly using Breathwork, Bioenergetics, Meditation, Emotional Releasing Techniques ,Tension-Releasing Methods and Somatic work.
